Premium Rooms

Our Premium rooms include the honeymoon favorite, the Master’s, our most popular, Live Oak Suite, as well as our four carriage houses. Additionally, three new rooms have been added to our inn. These are suites with full living accommodations and can sleep 4-8 people.

Live Oak Suite

Savannah is known the world over for its staggering live oak trees draped in Spanish moss, and our largest suite mirrors that grandeur. Decorated with deep hues of red, exposed brick walls, and two fireplaces, this suite is complete with a living room, dining room, and separate private bedroom with an exquisite queen sized, four-poster rice bed with canopy crown. The Live Oak is located right down the row from the main house and sits directly in front of Chatham square.

Master’s Suite

It’s not difficult to feel like nobility in this stately room. Originally the master bedroom of the home, this spacious room is adorned with serene blue walls, a queen-sized bed, decorative fireplace, and maritime decor. It provides a large bathroom, distinguished separate sitting area, and private balcony complete with cozy rocking chairs and a colorful view of our courtyards. The Master’s bedroom is the most requested room for honeymooners!

Jackson Suite

A conveniently located two room, one bath suite decorated in Victorian furnishings. The Jackson Suite boasts a full kitchen, washer and dryer, an outdoor patio, and two decorative fireplaces. With two twin beds and one king bed, the Jackson suite can sleep up to four adults. It is perfect for longer stays and a wonderful home and away from home.

Sgt. Jasper House

Our most ornate, spacious, and discerning of accommodations. It is a three floor row house next to the inn. The oversized parlor and dining room of the Jasper house will sweep you back to a bygone time, with turn of the century furnishings, artwork, and decor. The remodeled gourmet kitchen will make you feel pampered. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two bedrooms contain a single queen bed each, and two bedrooms contain two twin beds each. Each room is decorated with a unique style, and the Jasper house can accommodate up to 8 adults. The Jasper house is sold nightly as a private home with inn amenities or for a weekly vacation rental rate without inn amenities. Please call for weekly rate details.

Connor House

The Connor House is a newly renovated 3 floor town home located on the opposite side of Chatham square (about a 45 second walk from the Inn). With 2 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half baths, a full kitchen, dining room, sun room, and parlor areas, as well as a courtyard and private parking for 2 small cars. It is perfect for longer visits to Savannah. Two bedrooms contain a queen bed in each room and share a Hollywood bath. The third bedroom contains two twin beds a full bath. The Connor house can be rented nightly as a private home with inn amenities or for a weekly vacation rental rate without inn amenities. Please call for weekly rate details.

Blue Cottage

Come rest in the tranquil ambiance of The Blue Cottage. It comes complete with a quaint living room and plenty of books on the main level. When you climb the authentic stairs you will find the bedroom adorned with a queen sized, four-poster bed and your own private bathroom.

Red Cottage

Feel like a Savannah local in this cottage. The sunny decor of vibrant reds will bring cheer to your day. Walk in from our courtyard into a delightful living room and sitting area on the main level. Up the staircase is the newly redecorated bedroom and bath furnished with a beautiful, queen sized, four-poster rice bed.

Ivy Cottage

A perfect romantic getaway for two (or a perfectly quiet retreat for one!), this whimsical cottage is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed with an ornately carved mahogany headboard. Just up the wrought iron spiral staircase is your comfortable living space, living room/sitting area, and a private deck overlooking our colorful courtyard.
