 Magnolia

Savannah is blessed with magnificent Magnolia trees that flower fragrant ivory blossoms.  The Magnolia possesses a similar beauty.  You will rest comfortably in the queen-sized bed, surrounded by beautiful artwork, decorative fireplace, and the gorgeous contrast of pale yellow walls and exposed-brick.  The room is located up two flights of stairs in the main house.

 Egyptian

Take a peek at the ancient Egypt aesthetic in this well appointed room.  The largest of our standard rooms, the Egyptian is decorated with authentic Egyptian artwork, a queen-size, four-poster bed, warm earthy tones, exposed-brick walls, and a decorative fireplace.  It is located on the top floor of the main house, providing an exceptional view of Chatham Square and generous amounts of natural light.

 Chatham

Named for one of England’s most celebrated prime ministers, William Pitt Elder the Earl of Chatham, this inviting room is furnished with a beautiful queen-size, four-poster bed, deep red paint, exposed-brick, and a decorative fireplace.  Located on the top floor and right next to the main house, two large windows provide a perfect view of Chatham Square below.

 Pulaski

This dignified room is named in honor of the legendary Revolutionary war hero and Polish military commander, Casmir Pulaski.  You will feel at home in this room furnished with a classic, queen-size sleigh bed, comfortable reading chair, antique desk, warm colors, and classic exposed brick.  The Pulaski is located up two flights of stairs directly next to the main house.

Tea Olive

The Tea Olive is our only standard room located on ground level.   It is a spacious room with a private entrance and foyer and extra large bath.  The bed is set back in its own cozy inlet of the room.  It is named for the tea olive trees that add a delicate scent to our courtyards in the spring and full of character.  The Tea Olive room is sold as a standard room, even though its size and convientent location classify this room higher rate room, because its location is directly beneath the main parlor area.  We do not recommend the Tea Olive room for light sleepers.  It is a great choice for our budget conscious guests who prefer not to climb stairs.
